This photo, of Channon King, was taken about 10 years ago on my old man's film camera. Now, I'm no photographer but I know when it comes to skate photography you need a fast shutter speed. Unfortunately, this camera - A Pentax MV-1 - is fully automatic so unless you have maximum light & open the aperture right up it's slow as hell. In my ignorance I thought shooting this photo directly into the sun would help - DUH! However with a few tweaks at the developing stage the results were better than expected

I Ain't No Atiba
